Yield and Return Definitions
SEC Yield The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) yield is a standard calculation used to approximate a fund's hypothetical annualized income as a percentage of its assets. A security's income, for the purposes of this calculation, is based on the current market yield to maturity (in the case of bonds) or projected dividend yield (for stocks) of the fund's holdings over a trailing 30-day period. This hypothetical income will differ (at times, significantly) from the fund's actual experience; as a result, income distributions from the fund may be higher or lower than implied by the SEC yield.
Price Return The market price used to calculate the Price return is the midpoint between the highest bid and the lowest offer on the exchange on which the shares of the fund are listed for trading, as of the time that the fund's NAV is calculated. If you trade your shares at another time, your return may differ.
Chart Disclosures
Time Spans and Intervals The line chart allows you to select different time spans. Each time span plots a specific time interval. Certain spans (such as 1-day or 1-week views) may utilize logic to only display intervals when trades occur. This allows you to see when trading volume occurs during periods of slower activity, such as extended hours or thinly traded equities.
Extended Hours Display Charts for extended market hours display activity from local market start to market close, including pre-market and after-hours sessions. The "High" and "Low" statistics represent the highest and lowest values recorded during the full trading session, including market, extended, and overnight hours where applicable.
Risks of Extended Hours Trading There are additional, unique risks with trading during extended hours that you should be aware of before making an investment decision, including the risk of lower liquidity, increased volatility, greater spreads, and pricing uncertainty. Please review the Extended Hours Trading Disclosure for more information concerning these risks.

Cost Basis Definitions
Average Cost Average cost is defined as the cost per share of your current open position. It is used to calculate the unrealized profit and loss of your current position. Average cost may not always include fees, adjustments resulting from wash sales, corporate actions, and transfers. Therefore, this calculation may not match your tax forms, if applicable.
Retirement Accounts In retirement accounts, average cost is defined as the weighted average amount paid for shares (buys). It does not change based on sell orders or the price of purchases transferred through account transfer services.

Automated Trading Risks
Automated trading strategies ("bots") carry additional risks beyond those of traditional investing:
- Technical failures. Software bugs, API outages, network connectivity issues, or delays may cause bots to execute trades incorrectly, fail to execute trades, or behave unexpectedly.
- Market conditions. Bots may perform poorly in volatile or unusual market conditions that differ from historical patterns.
- Configuration errors. Incorrect bot settings may result in unintended trades or losses.
- No guaranteed profits. Automated strategies may lose money. Backtested or simulated performance does not guarantee future results.
You are solely responsible for monitoring and managing your trading bots. Vibetrade is not liable for any losses resulting from automated trades.
